fab homes’ intension was to bring this historic property, originally built in 1904, back to the 21st century preserving it’s rich historical detailing and character. historic & modern, interior & exterior spaces blend seamlessly in this 6,000sf home. a bright and airy basement was added and it includes a game room, a theater, wine cellar & yoga room.
